Description

The pane component, is the protagonist and the element of separation between the inner space with stable thermal conditions, and the external space in continuous climatic variability.
The system is born by modern architectural necessities that have the aim to harmonize construction casing with the maximum transparency of pane. A glass wall with punctual fastenings is obtained fixing glass sheets through accessories called rotules, which have the aim to transfer loads to secondary structure "spiders".
The rotules have a spherical junction that transforms the connection point between pane and metal element in a hinge, preventing a connection of stiff type. The main components of this system are: glass sheets; supporting structure; the hook system of sheets to the structure and the sealing among glass sheets. In this type of connections usually is preferred stratified pane because it offers a better resistance to the punctual tensions created in the holes made to put bolts.

The jambs have wide forms and dimensions, to choose depending of necessities. In the system can be inserted panes and/or closings with variable gauge.

Description

The structural façade is characterized by a principal framework of closing panels which are glued through silicone adhesives and hide completely the structure.
This façade allows to reduce drastically time of installation, guarantying at the same time a high qualitative standard sharing the production of façade from the process of installation. The assembly is made through the application of façade's cells already assembled in the workshop. The system has as main characteristic the use of modular self-carrying elements, assembled in workshop.
To guarantee tightness of the system there are small horizontal protrusions, called "small hands", that help to support a part of the sheets' load, while shear stresses and the other caused by pressure and hollow of wind, are assigned to silicon. The presence of "small hand" allows to compensate a failure of the structural silicon along the perimeter of sheet.

Jambs and beams, have a width of 50 mm and they are available in various dimensions, to choose depending of necessities. Furthermore also outer spring sleeves are available in various dimensions and forms. In the system can be inserted panes and/or closings with variable gauge from 4 mm to 45 mm, and the system allows water drainage and/or condensation, and also ventilation of panes, guarantying maximum performing against weather.
Thermal insulation is guaranteed by the interposition of a low thermal conductivity lath between inner and outer space.

Accessories

In this system can be installed two typologies of openings: stick out opening and parallel opening, that can be moved manually or with the insertion of automations.

Description

Continuous façade at jambs and beams, called also "stick system", is based on vertical and horizontal elements, generally in aluminium, which formed a structural network in which are applied closings, transparent or opaque.
Jambs and beams are installed in the construction site, after that all components are prepared in the workshop.
At first vertical elements (jambs) are fixed on the principal structure; then horizontal elements (beams) are added, and at last panels (glazed or blind).
Glazed panels are built by insulating panes, on the contrary blind panels can be realized with monolithic panes and panels at the back, or with metal elements (for example steel, aluminium, titanium, Alucobond) or with molten material ( marble, granite, etc..).
